In 1999 she founded the Young Women’s Empowerment Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing role models, emotional and social help and the necessary resources helping teen girls realize their potential to succeed in life. In 2011, she founded the Black Life Coaches Network, where she leads over 600 professional coaches, counselors and therapists from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and South Africa. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Howard University, and Doctorate in Divinity from Elbon-Solutions College of Ministry.
