“Thank you so much again for all the guidance you’ve provided me this past year. Reflecting back on my journey, at my first session, I was in tears, unable to control my emotions and struggling to define my goal clearly. Yesterday, I felt prepared, inspired, and HEARD. I know my journey will never be complete, but I am extremely proud of how far I’ve gone.

All of this wouldn’t have been possible without you and the ILA program. You are kind, patient, and analytical. You were flexible with our busy schedules and helped strengthen the communication between me and my manager, DP. I really appreciated your approach of listening to us, taking notes, and reminding us of our initial goals.”
