Hannah Mcintire

Hannah McIntire is a Certified Professional Diversity Coach who specializes in helping clients going through major life transitions such as a relationship change, a move, a career change, or new medical diagnosis. She takes a collaborative and solution-focused approach to coaching. By working together, we can identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals.

Outside of her coaching practice, Hannah is a Senior Associate in the Family Well-Being Strategy Group at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, where she specializes in intergenerational well-being, child welfare prevention, and community collaboration.

Before joining Casey, Hannah was the Chief Operating Officer at the Arab-American Family Support Center (AAFSC) from 2017 to 2023. There, she led the organization through significant growth, expanding staff from 50 to over 190 and increasing the budget from $3.3 million to $19 million. She was instrumental in implementing two-generation, culturally responsive programs.

Hannah’s career also includes leading cross-sector collaborations in Rhode Island, Minneapolis, and Palestine, where she worked to improve outcomes for children and families by connecting diverse stakeholders.

She holds a B.A. in International Studies, Religious Studies, and Arabic from Macalester College and an Ed.M. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Hannah lives in Philadelphia with her husband and their two young children.
