Stephanie Shivar

Stephanie Shivar is founder of Gallantry Coaching & Consulting.  She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Financial Services Coach with Clientwise, a Certified Professional Diversity Coach, and a Certified Trainer of the New York Times Best Selling book, The 12 Week Year. She is also the co-founder of the National Women’s Impact Leadership Institute, a leadership program designed specifically for women leaders who want to transform their leadership by leading from the inside out. 

Before starting her Coaching & Consulting practice in 2018, Stephanie held the roles of Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Growth Officer and Chief Development officer for the Northwestern Mutual in Denver, Colorado. Stephanie has also held leadership positions with Pulte Homes, Pulte Mortgage, Merrill Lynch and IKON Office Solutions (now Ricon). She work with entrepreneurs and corporate leaders, addressing people, process, and operations management challenges and opportunities. Her approach is firmly grounded in tackling today’s issues while keeping an eye on future goals and objectives.

Stephanie works closely with her clients in the areas of Marketing, Sales Process and Business Development, Operational Effectiveness, Financial Acumen/Success, Leadership Development and Human Resources to support their efforts in Cultural Dynamics, Professional Development, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice and Belonging. She works with entrepreneurs and corporate leaders, addressing people, process, and operations management challenges and opportunities. Her approach is firmly grounded in tackling today’s issues while keeping an eye on future goals and objectives.

Stephanie obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & International Business from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Master’s of Technology Management form University of Denver.
