Carrie Siegel has experience working with a variety of career and leadership related topics. She is passionate about reducing burnout, eliminating imposter syndrome, supporting introverts as they realize their leadership potential, and helping all leaders clarify their vision and goals. She maintains a coaching style that is empathetic and celebratory of clients’ values, choices, and identities while challenging any harsh self-judgements as they move toward their goals.
As a Certified Professional Diversity Coach (CPDC), Carrie is qualified to coach across diverse lines. Serving a variety of clients feeling stagnant, discouraged, or unclear about how to proceed on a host of topics related to justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Past clients report having more motivation, clarity, and ease when choosing next steps. She is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and obtains the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation. As an MBTI® Certified Practitioner, Carrie is qualified to administer and interpret MBTI® personality assessments. While obtaining experience with incorporating various assessment results into coaching, including MBTI®, Gallup’s CliftonStrengths® and the Enneagram.
Carrie obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. She is originally from the US-Midwest but has been a resident of California since 2001 with her partner, 3 children, and dog. In her free time, you can find her hiking, traveling, gardening with native plants, or playing card games with friends and family.
