As a certified coach by the Coach Diversity Institute, Iko specializes in helping young professionals in fast-paced industries navigate modern work challenges, align with their purpose, and discover their unique strengths and leadership style—empowering them to contribute to a better world with joy, confidence, and intention. His approach creates a supportive and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their goals and potential and help them articulate their way forward, by promoting emotional intelligence, empathy and resilience, and inspiring transformational growth in his clients.

As an HR Director for a leading African organization, Iko successfully led staff development initiatives during restructuring, aligning human capital strategies with business goals. At McKinsey & Company, he advised senior leaders on talent management, culture change, and capability-building programs.

Iko’s perspective on the intersection of business and societal progress is enriched by his academic background in Politics, Philosophy, and Management, participation in seminars of the Institute in Studies of Global Prosperity and global forums like One Young World, and engagement with organizations like the Ethical Business Building the Future (EBBF). 

A true global citizen, Iko Congo was born in Portugal to a Canadian and Angolan family, with roots tracing back to Ukrainian and English heritage. Having lived across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, he now calls Africa home, where he resides in Angola with his wife.

He is passionate about board games, sports, and community service. He actively engages with youth through empowerment programs, inspiring them to view themselves as agents of change with the potential to transform their communities. Additionally, he serves on the Board and as Treasurer for the organization responsible for these initiatives in Angola.
