Jacqueline Iloh

Jackie Iloh is a certified executive coach and expert facilitator with over ten years of management and leadership experience in the tech sector, non-profit organizations, international development, and education. Her career has included roles at organizations such as the Peace Corps, Lyft, and Peer Forward. She holds a Master of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Education from Harvard University. Additionally, she is an alumna of the Culture of Health Leaders program with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

Jackie’s career has focused on program development and project leadership,  fostering strategic partnerships among corporations, non-profits, and government agencies and leading teams dedicated to inclusive talent initiatives. She holds an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation and received her training from the CoachDiversity Institute. Over the course of her career,  Jackie has led facilitation and group coaching for over 8,000 C-suite executives, directors, managers, and high-potential individual contributors.

Clients describe her coaching style as transformational, curious, and intentional, with experience working with individuals at all levels of an organization—from high-potential individual contributors to C-suite leaders in early-stage tech startups and nonprofits.

As a manager, Jackie has created environments that promote curiosity, growth, radical integrity, and a sense of belonging. She believes people deserve more joy, especially at work, and is dedicated to partnering with leaders to create spaces that cultivate this joy. Jackie currently resides in the D.C. Metro area. When not coaching or facilitating, she enjoys spending time with her partner, traveling, playing board games, and attending sporting events and festivals.
