John Kandray (He/Him) is an inclusive leadership coach and workplace culture consultant who believes leadership is more than guiding a team—it’s about connecting with people on a deeper level. His passion lies in helping leaders create environments where every person is valued, heard, and empowered to thrive, including the leader themselves. Having navigated the global corporate landscape and the with the challenges of being an openly gay man in professional spaces, John knows firsthand the importance of fostering inclusive spaces where authenticity and vulnerability coexist with strength and confidence. John specializes in empowering clients to embrace emotional intelligence, empathy, and self-awareness in their journey. He focuses on cultivating resilience, understanding emotional triggers, and developing a compassionate approach to building team culture.

 

John’s approach is deeply personalized—he meets clients exactly where they are. As a coach, he partners with leaders to gain clarity on their goals, identify roadblocks on their journey, and build pragmatic plans to reach those goals. Outside of his professional life, John is an avid hiker who enjoys exploring nature’s trails and an amateur baker who loves experimenting with new recipes.
