Carlos Davis is President of SOLRAC Enterprises LLC an Executive Coaching and Business Consulting firm. Additionally, since 2011 he has served as Executive Vice President, MJ Synergy Group, LLC, an architecture and engineering design firm.
A creative and dynamic senior manager, Mr. Davis previously served in executive leadership positions within the Central Intelligence Agency garnering broad Intelligence Community experience over a 30 year career in a variety of high profile, and diverse leadership positions. He has expert knowledge in developing and executing budgets; implementing strategic and tactical global projects & developing new concepts and approaches in training and personnel development.
Mr. Davis is an exceptional visionary and critical thinker currently serving on the executive committee of two 501 (c) (3) non-profit boards.
Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Howard University; a M.S.E. in Engineering Management from The Catholic University of America; and has completed doctoral studies in organizational development from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Davis has certifications in the Executive Leadership Program, Northwestern University; and in Intelligence Assessment and Policy Forum, Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
Carlos is an eclectic collector, whose hobbies include collecting monies from around the world; unique knives and swords; and classic comic books.
However, Carlos’ deep interest & passion lies in collecting Black memorabilia and figures of real and “reel” African Americans across multiple fields of interest. Carlos has amassed a collection of over 500 pop cultural figures, and, is researching the influence of pop cultural imagery on leadership development.
