With over 20 years of working in the Non-Profit sector as an Executive Director, Policy Advocate and social justice practitioner, my interest has always been to help people work through the roadblocks and see the opportunities ahead. I have supported leaders of color and organized to change policies that have impacted impoverished communities in this country. Coaching has been the next evolution for me in my journey to helping people reach their goals and becoming their best selves. As a Professional Diversity coach, I focus on structured questions that help my clients organize their individual thoughts, create tangible objectives, and become better critical thinkers that find solutions to help them succeed.

Jerry holds a BA in Organizational Leadership from Baldwin Wallace University with a minor in Communications, is an Alumnus at the James Lawson Institute.
