Julie East, SHRM-CSP, ACC is an experienced human resources professional and executive coach. Driven by helping leaders attain their greatest potential, she takes pride in providing intentional coaching and sound guidance to managers, leaders and executives.
As an HR professional, she is very familiar with helping leaders navigate challenging situations. Her career has led her to distribution centers, working with employees to solve problems on the floor, to helping to facilitate change with leaders who want to grow their careers, to supporting executive leadership teams who collectively want to set actionable strategies for their organizations and who individually want to be the type of executive leader who can lead into the future.
Julie stands for “doing the right thing” in the business world. She enjoys getting to know her clients and creating a judgment free zone where the coach-client relationship can flourish into one of trust and truth. A good, strong dose of humor rounds out the relationship between Julie and her clients. Julie is known for her level-headedness and common sense.
Julie is a Certified Professional Diversity Coach from CoachDiversity Institute in Washington D.C. and also holds her Associate Certified Coach credential from The International Coaching Federation. In addition to her primary offering of executive and leadership coaching, Julie’s passion is helping leaders adopt a strategic mindset.
