Reginald Jackson, Sr. is a Marine Corps veteran with more than 20 years of service. Over the span of his career, he trained, counseled, and mentored hundreds of Marines. Since retiring from the Corps in 2007, he has continued to lead in the public and private sector as an IT consultant, project manager, facilitator, and leadership coach. His expertise includes leadership development, IT program and project management, organizational development, organizational change management, process improvement, and career development.

Whether you’re unsure of your current career or are in search of a new one, Reginald can help you navigate the terrain of change and uncertainty. His clients range from college students to senior executives; each having their own distinct goals and aspirations. Reginald is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and an active member of the ICF DC Metro Charter Chapter. He also serves as a Mentor Coach, working to train others in the profession of coaching. His education includes a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, and an MBA (with a focus in project management). He’s currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational and Industrial Psychology, specializing in Leadership Development and Coaching. As an accomplished writer, Reginald’s work has been published in several international online magazines and is also a contributor to the Huffington Post.
