Robbin Hudson

Robbin is a visionary, strategist, builder, and connector.

At the center of her work is a deep passion for facilitating efforts that catalyze the agency of people and organizations to achieve their greatest potential. Robbin has thrived in leadership roles in the business, government, nonprofit, and philanthropy sectors. In each sector, she served as the inaugural leader who developed and managed innovative projects to support strategic growth and sustainability. Robbin is a skilled facilitator and has led organizations and leadership teams through crises and critical change. This includes remediating CSuite leaders through managing challenging matters concerning diversity, equity, and inclusion. Robbin has worked with The Cleveland Foundation to stand up fellowships and guide the development of the Cleveland Black Futures Fund and Racial Equity Initiative.

As an executive coach, she has supported CSuite and senior leaders at The Orchard a Sony Music Company, Groupon, Social Venture Partners, OCHIN, Sherwin Williams, and other organizations. Robbin has designed inclusion strategies and leadership development pathways for clients to advance self-awareness, effective communication, strategic planning, leadership integrity, and belonging. Robbin is a trained executive and diversity coach who earned her certification through CoachDiversity Institute. She is a certified Denison Practitioner and AJ & Smart master facilitator. 

Robbin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Mount Holyoke College and a Masters in Business Administration from The Weatherhead School of Management.
