Stacey Mahoney has an innate passion to educate and empower others to thrive. Through coaching, change management, leadership development and communication development, she enables underrepresented communities to break through barriers to greatness.
Starting her work in medical advocacy to represent the Black and Latinx LGBTQ+ community in the late 90s. As she migrated into the tech industry, Stacey grew her impact footprint to transforming employee communities through strategy programs that partner with global corporate HR teams to drive equity and inclusion. After successfully implementing several culture transformation programs across global, she keenly understood the role that leadership plays in helping or inhibiting progress for inclusive and thriving team cultures. And this is where she currently dedicates her focus — unlocking inclusive and equitable leadership practices for executives who want to lead healthy, connected teams; and empowering underrepresented professionals and executives to put their best leadership foot forward.
Stacey has spent over 20 years in fast-paced industries such as advertising and technology. In 2021, Stacey launched her own inclusive coaching and consulting practice coaching and consulting for notable tech companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, eBay, and Google. She is currently based in Atlanta, GA-US, is a long-standing member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and is a passionate writer and creative.
