I have been a Senior Leader in the military for over 2 decades and I found that Coach Diversity helped me remove misconceptions about what Coaching is and what it is not. The concepts and inclusion of ensuring the understanding that the Coach and Client may come from different backgrounds and the importance of understanding that makes for a powerful and transformational coach.
